Die meet the technical performance requirements

Mold manufacturing generally passes through forging, machining, heat treatment and other processes. To ensure the quality of die manufacturing, lower production costs, the material has good ductility and cutting workability, hardenability, hardenability and Grindability; also has a small oxidation and decarbonization sensitivity and quenching cracking.

1, malleability

Has low deformation resistance hot forging, plastic, and forging a wide temperature range, cold forging crack cleft and carbide precipitation is low.

2, the annealing process

Wide ranges of spheroidization annealing temperature, annealing hardness low and volatile range, higher nodularity.

3, cutting

Cutting tool low loss, low surface roughness.

4, oxidation and decarbonization sensitivity

High temperature oxidation can be good when it is heated, decarbonization slower, less sensitive to heating medium, pitting small.

5, hardening

Have even higher surface hardness after quenching.

6, hardenability

Deep hardening can be obtained after quenching, quenching medium can ease hardened using.

7, hardened deformation cracking

Conventional quench volume changes, minor warping, distortion, abnormal deformation and low. General quenching crack sensitivity, not sensitive to quenching temperature and shape of the workpiece.

8 grinding quality

Wheel loss, no burn limits grinding, not sensitive to wheel quality and cooling conditions, prone to the abrasive and grinding cracks.
